Delete your account in the app

In the app

Open Settings in the NadirAlpha Stocks app, tap "Delete Account" and confirm. Account, watchlists, imported lists, saved screens and the consent record are deleted immediately and irreversibly. You are signed out; signing in with the same credentials is no longer possible afterwards.

By e-mail, without the app

Write from the e-mail address registered with the account to nadiralpha.info@gmail.com with the subject "Delete account". We delete the account within seven days and confirm the deletion by e-mail. For security reasons, requests from a sender that does not match the account address are not processed.

What is deleted, what remains

All account data (e-mail address, password hash, sign-in times), all content (lists, screens) and the consent record are deleted. The data remains in weekly backups for at most 90 days and is then removed automatically. Server logs of our processors are deleted within 30 days. E-mails you have sent us are kept until the matter is settled, at most one year.

Details are set out in the app Privacy Policy.
