Privacy Policy

This English version is a courtesy translation provided for convenience. The legally binding version is the German version; this site is operated from Germany and German law applies.

2. Hosting and delivery (CDN)

This website is delivered via Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). In the process, technically necessary connection data (IP address, time, resource requested, data volume transferred) are processed in order to provide and deliver the site and to protect it against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and performant operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs are not used for profiling. No reach measurement takes place at present. Should we activate the cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics in the future, the following applies: it sets no cookies, stores no personal profiles and does not track users across websites; we will update this notice accordingly. Cloudflare acts as our processor (Art. 28 GDPR); a data processing agreement is in place. Server logs are deleted or anonymized after 30 days at the latest. Insofar as data are transferred to servers in the USA, the transfer is based on the adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, in addition, on standard contractual clauses.

3. No accounts, no forms

This website requires no registration and does not process any personal data entered by you. The search runs entirely in your browser; search queries are not transmitted to us.

4. Cookies, local storage and consent

Current state: This website sets no cookies. The only item stored on your device is your display preference (light/dark mode) under the key "theme" in your browser's localStorage, if you use the toggle. This storage is necessary for the function you expressly request (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG); the value remains in your browser and is not transmitted to us. You can delete it at any time via your browser settings.

Once advertising is integrated, the following will apply: For the delivery of advertising, cookies and similar technologies would be used. Information would then be stored on, and accessed from, your device only with your consent pursuant to § 25(1) TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; strictly technically necessary operations (such as storing your consent decision) are based on § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG. On your first visit from the EEA/UK, a Google-certified consent management platform would ask for your consent; without consent, no consent-requiring technologies would be loaded, or only non-personalized ads would be shown. Upon activation, a "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page would let you change or withdraw your choices; this notice will be updated at that time.

5. Google AdSense (planned, not yet active)

No AdSense code is currently loaded. We plan to use Google AdSense, an advertising service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Upon activation the following applies: where consent has been given, Google uses cookies and device identifiers to serve ads, measure their performance and, depending on your choices in the consent platform, personalize advertising. In doing so, data (including IP address, device information, approximate location) may also be transferred to servers of Google LLC in the USA; the transfer is based on the adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. The legal basis for the processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you could withdraw at any time via the then-available "Cookie settings" link. Further information: policies.google.com/technologies/ads; the list of participating advertising partners (TCF vendors) is available in the consent platform.

6. External content: TradingView

Price charts are loaded from TradingView (TradingView, Inc., USA) only after you click "Load chart". Only then is a connection to TradingView servers established, in the course of which your IP address is transmitted; TradingView's privacy policy applies. Without your click, no connection is made.

7. Contacting us

If you contact us by e-mail, we process your details (e-mail address, content) in order to handle your enquiry, on the basis of our legitimate interest in communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete these data once the enquiry has been finally dealt with and no statutory retention obligations stand in the way.

8. Affiliate links

Content marked "Anzeige" (Ad) is advertising. Affiliate links (e.g. TradingView, Trade Republic, Robinhood) may contain a partner identifier; partner identifiers are only used once the respective partner programs are activated. When you click, the partners may process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77).

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

No automated decision-making, including profiling (Art. 22 GDPR), takes place in relation to you. The competent supervisory authority is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
