Delete your account in the app

In the app

Open Settings in the NadirAlpha Crypto app, tap "Delete Account" and confirm. Account, access records and the consent record are deleted immediately and irreversibly. You are signed out; signing in with the same credentials is no longer possible afterwards.

By e-mail, without the app

Write from the e-mail address registered with the account to nadiralpha.info@gmail.com with the subject "Delete account". We delete the account within seven days and confirm the deletion by e-mail. For security reasons, requests from a sender that does not match the account address are not processed.

What is deleted, what remains

All account data (e-mail address, password hash, sign-in times), the access records per app and the consent record are deleted. The app creates no lists or saved evaluations. The data remains in weekly backups for at most 90 days and is then removed automatically. Server logs of our processors are deleted within 30 days. E-mails you have sent us are kept until the matter is settled, at most one year.

If you also have an account in the app NadirAlpha Stocks, it is the same account: deletion removes access to both apps.
